Aos 15 anos, inscreveu-se em uma academia por influência de uma amiga, mesmo sem o hábito de praticar atividades físicas. “Nunca imaginei que a academia seria uma parte tão importante da minha vida. O simples fato de ter decidido me inscrever foi o primeiro passo para descobrir uma paixão que mudaria meu futuro”, relembra Letícia.
Durante a faculdade, Letícia começou a dar aulas de ginástica e superou sua timidez ao se expor diante de grupos. “Entrar na faculdade e começar a dar aulas foi um desafio gigantesco. Eu era uma pessoa tímida e, de repente, estava em frente a grupos de alunos. Essa experiência me ensinou a importância de me posicionar e me comunicar com confiança”, conta Letícia.
Com o tempo, Letícia encontrou no Pilates uma nova paixão e decidiu se especializar na técnica. Sua dedicação a levou ao Canadá, onde se formou como Treinadora de Pilates pela STOTT PILATES. “Foi uma conquista incrível ser uma das primeiras brasileiras a obter essa certificação. A experiência no Canadá não só ampliou meu conhecimento, mas também me deu a confiança para buscar novos desafios”, afirma.
A decisão de abrir sua própria franquia da Mormaii Fitness foi um marco em sua carreira. “Abrir a franquia foi como entrar na escola da vida. Enfrentei muitos desafios e aprendi lições valiosas. Cada obstáculo me ensinou a ser mais resiliente e a entender que o sucesso vem do esforço contínuo e da adaptação”, reflete Letícia.
Após deixar a sociedade da franquia, Letícia focou em seus clientes antigos e observou uma transformação significativa em sua carreira. “Dedicar-me exclusivamente aos meus alunos fez toda a diferença. A qualidade das minhas aulas melhorou, e a receita aumentou quatro vezes. Foi uma prova de que, quando você se compromete com o que faz, os resultados são impressionantes”, diz Letícia.
Com o objetivo de compartilhar seu conhecimento e ajudar outros profissionais a alcançar o sucesso, Letícia lançou uma mentoria voltada para Personal Trainers e iniciantes. “Na graduação, aprendemos o conhecimento técnico, mas faltam habilidades práticas essenciais, como captação de clientes, planejamento de carreira e marketing. Minha mentoria é projetada para preencher essas lacunas e ajudar os profissionais a se destacarem no mercado de forma planejada e eficaz”, explica Letícia.
Ela já enfrentou momentos desafiadores, como em 2012, quando considerou desistir da carreira após uma grande decepção. “Foi um período difícil, e cheguei a considerar abrir uma temakeria. Mas, ao refletir sobre o que realmente queria, percebi que minha paixão pelo fitness era mais forte. Fico feliz por ter seguido em frente e não ter abandonado a carreira”, lembra.
Letícia se define como uma mulher determinada, sempre disposta a aprender, inovar e evoluir. “Estou constantemente ligada nos 220v. Minha mente está sempre trabalhando, e eu não hesito em desmarcar compromissos para focar no trabalho. Essa dedicação é o que me impulsiona a continuar crescendo e aprendendo”, afirma.
Entre os acontecimentos mais marcantes de sua vida estão sua formação como treinadora de Pilates no Canadá, a abertura da franquia e a recentemente Letícia realizou mais um sonho ao estar presente nas Olimpíadas. “Cada um desses momentos marcaram minha trajetória de maneira profunda”, destaca.
Atualmente, Letícia se inspira em grandes players do mercado e no feedback positivo de seus seguidores. “Observar a organização e o planejamento de outros profissionais me inspira a continuar. E o retorno dos meus seguidores, que compartilham suas transformações, me motiva a seguir em frente e continuar a fazer a diferença”, diz Letícia.
Ela acredita na capacidade transformadora do exercício e do ensino e se dedica a ajudar seus alunos e mentorados a alcançar seus objetivos. “Minha missão é transformar vidas através do que ensino, tanto para meus alunos de personal quanto para os mentorados em suas carreiras.
